VR Resilient

When it comes to mental health and self-care, technology can play a vital role in providing support and enhancing quality of life. In our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality tools and resources, we are proud of what we have achieved so far—and excited about what we are preparing for the future.

Major Progress in Our Commitment to Mental Health Support

We are delighted to announce that we have completed the development of our new application, 'VR Resilient.' This achievement represents a significant leap forward in our project dedicated to stress and burnout prevention for youth workers and young leaders. Although the application is not yet available to the general public, its completion is a major success for us, as it introduces tools designed to help people manage challenging situations and support their mental well-being.

"'VR Resilient' effectively harnesses virtual reality, allowing users to immerse themselves in peaceful environments and engage in a variety of relaxation and therapeutic activities. This project is the result of a cross-border collaboration between experts from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Croatia, who bring extensive experience in psychology, youth education, and VR development. Each of these perspectives ensures that 'VR Resilient' truly addresses the specific needs of our target groups.

Planning Next Steps and Developing Methodology for Our Mission

Our recent meeting in Croatia, hosted by our Croatian partner, marked another successful step in our project. Representatives from all partner countries gathered on this occasion to collaborate, discuss, and prepare the next phases of our program.

The primary objective of this meeting was to develop the methodology for our project, which aims to support the mental health of youth workers and leaders. The exchange of insights and expertise among partners yielded valuable observations that will help us create a framework that truly addresses the actual needs of our target groups.

With the 'VR Resilient' application now developed and the methodology currently in progress, we believe we can significantly contribute to enhancing the mental well-being and resilience of youth workers and leaders in demanding professional situations. Stay tuned—we look forward to the next phase of our project!
