Braník – A project far more sophisticated than it first appears.

Braník Living is a new residential complex located opposite Branické Square, where nearly 140 new apartments and 15 terraced family houses were completed by the end of 2021. For potential buyers, we have prepared a virtual reality experience featuring various apartment layouts, as well as a multi-storey family home complete with a private garden and basement.

In addition to the residential buildings, the complex includes a private inner courtyard, high-quality landscaping, relaxation zones, playgrounds, and further amenities within several commercial spaces. Given the project's scale, we implemented a comprehensive selection app available on both PC and touchscreens, ensuring our client has all marketing materials conveniently in one place.

In virtual reality, you can choose from the developer's offered standards, including flooring, door decors, wall tiles, bathroom ceramics, and more. This functionality allows users to test different layouts combined with various materials, giving them a much clearer idea of their preferences and property size in relation to price. As a result, the step towards making a final purchase is much smaller.
