An extension of the existing VR boulevard, stretching from the north through commercial buildings and the hotel, all the way south to the railway station.

We have extended the original virtual reality boulevard from the northern section, seamlessly connecting it to the southern part of the Smíchov City project (commercial zone). In addition to office spaces, you can take a close-up look at shops, hair salons, restaurants, and various other amenities on the ground floor, including a hotel and a bank.

The entire area is linked by a central spine boulevard featuring benches, lush greenery, and trees, as well as an entertainment zone with a stage and outdoor cinema. To bring the experience to life, we have added animated characters, flowing fountains, interactive building labels, and a stunning viewpoint from the rooftop terrace of the tallest building.
