Explore the SUOMI and LAPPI Hloubětín Area in Virtual Reality

One of the largest VR projects in Central Europe, in collaboration with YIT.

The emerging SUOMI Hloubětín residential district is conveniently located near public transport links. To reflect this, our virtual reality experience includes a detailed tram and passenger stop. Future residents can explore the local amenities and public services, such as a VR nursery school, or take a virtual stroll to the dog park with free-running dogs.

The project is also situated near an attractive trail along the Rokytka River, a popular spot for recreation and sports. In VR, we have created a scenic walk along the riverbank, concluding at a basketball court where children can be seen playing.

The entire district is unified by a clean and functional design with sharp lines, deeply inspired by Scandinavian architecture and the influence of Nordic nature. The complex draws the best from the Finnish lifestyle—the homeland of our valued client, YIT.

Gamification elements: Engage and convert

To further enhance the appeal of this already stunning project, we designed an engaging feature: a virtual reality quiz. Users must correctly answer several questions, with the clues hidden on strategically placed information panels throughout the site.

As a reward for completing the quiz, users can take an aerial tour over the entire development in a hot-air balloon. Additionally, visitors have the unique opportunity to choose which stage of construction they wish to view, as we document the project's progress several times a year.
