Yes, we have prepared ALL 280 apartment units for virtual reality, including full furnishing and customizable interior standards. You can walk through the entire apartment yourself and design your own interior finishes, which can be easily swapped in VR. This allows you to test which colour schemes suit your new home best, which tiles are right for your bathroom, or explore various combinations of doors and flooring. You can choose from layouts ranging from studios (1+kk) to 4-bedroom apartments (4+kk), with sizes from 30 to 112 m².

As part of creating the virtual reality experience, we used our own drone to capture the exact views from every single apartment unit. This ensures that potential buyers have a true-to-life preview of the vistas from their future home. Thanks to the spacious balcony or loggia included with every apartment, you will be able to enjoy unrivalled views across the open Vltava valley, overlooking the opposite riverbank, the Chuchelský Grove, and the stunning Berounka valley.

Beyond Virtual Reality

Riviéra Modřany is a large-scale residential project. In collaboration with SEKYRA GROUP, we have developed a web-based selection tool seamlessly integrated with their CRM system. This allows you to browse and select available apartments in real-time. By combining virtual reality with this web selection interface, we have closed the loop and transformed the VR experience into a web-based virtual walkthrough. Potential customers can now explore any apartment from the comfort of their own home on a laptop or mobile device — RIGHT HERE.
